I get the impression that it easy to place demands upon others without making demands of ourselves. And, we would like our leaders to meet our demands, rather than making an effort ourselves to help others. If we want to see change in the world, then we need to focus first on ourselves. And, perhaps, through our own efforts at self-improvement, we can begin to see our changed selves have an immediate impact on those who surround us – family, friends and associates, as well as those in a work or educational environment.
